Heth Home Happenings

This weekend was very busy but exciting. Friday I headed to San Marcos for a dear friend's gradutation from Texas State. After the ceremony we headed to the outlet mall. Found some cute wall hooks for the nursery.

Saturday my mom and I went and painted pottery at the Ceramic Lodge in Round Rock. I painted a piggy bank for the baby, and my mom painted a popcorn bowl. We wont be able to pickup the final prodect until next week but I am hoping they turn out great looking. It took me 4 HOURS to paint the piggy bank. Let's just say I put alot of detail into it.


Today, I put to test our artistic abilities. We painted trees on the nursery walls and with little leaves to match the nursery. We also painted little bird houses too. *See below pictures. I am very impressed on how it all turned out. We will be starting our new nursery design business soon. Ha!


After all this, I am quite exhausted. Ive called it quits for the weekend and now am sittin watching the olympics.
